Bite-sized trip
Day 1 – Arrival on Koh Phi Phi
Ko Phi Phi can be reached by boat from Phuket, Krabi and Ko Lanta and all boats dock at Ton Sai Pier. Sail amongst the traditional longtail boats bobbing on the surf with their colourful decorations as you make your way to land. You will be greeted by the chaotic hustle and bustle of Ton Sai before navigating the narrow streets to find your hotel which will be located in a quite area so you can retreat from the madness. The remainder of the day will be at leisure for you to check out the array of restaurants, bars and shops on the island.
Day 2 – Sunrise on Phi Phi Leh
Today you will have an early start as your boat departs at 6 am – in order to have Maya Bay to yourself then this is the time to leave! Cruise amongst the local fishermen as they go about their day and head for Phi Phi Leh, as the boat gently cuts through the water it’s a great way to wake up. Once on the other side you can see the swallow nests in the rocks and have plenty of time to snorkel or swim in the Lagoon before you sail on to Maya Bay. Enjoy the view and some fresh fruit while you explore then this sail back to Phi Phi Don and back to your hotel time for a late breakfast. The rest of the day is free for you to do whatever your heart desires, relax on the beach or perhaps if you are looing for something more active walk up to the famous Phi Phi viewpoint.
Day 3 – Time to go
Today you’ll pack up your things and say goodbye to this tropical paradise. Koh Phi Phi is well located and you can quickly reach Phuket or Krabi, from there pick up your onward travel arrangements whether that be into the next beach or a plane to Bangkok or even Chiang Mai.
