Ko Chang Waterfall Island
Bite-sized trip
Day 1 – Arrival on Ko Chang
You will arrange your own ferry to Ko Chang from the mainland. This is extremely easy to arrange yourself and the 20 minute journey will cost around £5. After you have settled in to your hotel, you can take a dip in the azure waters. The resort stands right next to the beach in lush gardens. From the swimming pool you can listen to the gentle lapping of the waves and the calls of tropical birds.
Day 2 – Ko Chang – island hopping boat trip
This morning you’ll be collected from your hotel and transferred to the starting point of your island hopping trip. You’ll visit a number of nearby islands and islets off the western coast of Ko Chang. Each island has a different character so you can discover a mixture of deserted sandy beaches, exotic fish, towering rock formations and brilliant coral.
One of the islands has some interesting rock pools where you can try your luck at finding crabs. You’ll be provided with snorkelling equipment so that you can get the best view of the underwater life. At lunchtime, you can enjoy a bbq buffet lunch with the rest of your small group.
Day 3 – free time on Ko Chang
Ko Chang is surrounded by a multitude of smaller islands and tiny islets perfect for snorkelling. Alternatively you can choose to do nothing at all; simply reading a book and enjoying your surroundings can be pure paradise. At dusk the barbecue will be fired up and you can sit on the candlelit beach with a cold beer or tropical juice in hand as you listen to the lapping of the waves.
Day 4 – Departure from Ko Chang
Today it’s time to say goodbye to this relaxing island life and make your way back to the mainland. Take one last walk along the sand before jumping in a Songthaew. We’ll help you organise your onward journey when helping you put together your trip.
