Our local partner and drivers in Sri Lanka
We work with our local partners in Sri Lanka to make sure everything runs smoothly while you’re on holiday. That means they’re on hand 24/7 to assist you if you need anything during your travels. They know Sri Lanka inside-out and will guide you through their home country, offering hints along the way so you can get that little bit closer to the real Sri Lanka.
Who are they?
Our local partners began operating in 2003 when they were a small team of three. Today, they have 20 members of staff and have a two-storey office building in Colombo.
All their staff know Sri Lanka inside out and have been trained to understand our customers’ needs and expectations. They know the back roads, the secluded beaches and favourite local eating spots. In short, they’re the perfect partners to help you on your travels.
Making good things happen together
Our local partner runs a lot of charity projects in Sri Lanka and supports many local communities. In 2008, they provided emergency lights and installed lights at a girls’ home in Nugegoda. In 2013 they bought 40 new mattresses for a retirement home near Colombo. Other projects that they’ve funded include providing food and rations to local charities, helping restore the homes of some of Sri Lanka’s most needy, and paying for cancer drugs for patients at some local hospitals. They continue to support small projects and local charities where they can directly see the benefit of their help.
Our drivers in Sri Lanka
By working closely with our local office in Sri Lanka, we can ensure that our customers not only have a friendly face to greet them on arrival, but also are in the capable hands of our local English-speaking drivers who will ensure their Sri Lanka itinerary runs smoothly from start to finish. Although our trips allow you to travel Sri Lanka as independently as possible, by organising a private car with driver we can make sure that your time is spent enjoying the culture and sights around you and not wasted on logistics. Our drivers will be proud to drive you around their home country, offering hints and tips along the way to ensure that you get that little bit closer to the real Sri Lanka.
