During your trip to Portugal you can stay in different kinds of accommodation to enhance your experience of this stunning European destination. From a night under canvas during our glamping experience, to historic tiled townhouses and rural farms. We use a hand-picked selection of guesthouses, hotels and B&Bs wherever we can, avoiding international chains, to give you a local and authentic experience when it comes to where you stay. In Style Accomodation – Category 4
If you’re looking for accommodation with a bit more comfort, then our In Style options should be right up your street. In this category, you can expect a little extra something in terms of facilities, design or service, maybe a jacuzzi or pool. We have upgrades in many of our destinations so just let your travel specialist know if you would prefer this level of accommodation.
Standard Accommodation – Category 3
Our standard option will give you small-scale charm full of local character in great locations. From boutique city hotels, to country houses, the majority of our accommodation fits in this category. We try to use small-scale, locally owned places wherever we can to give you an authentic flavour of the areas you are visiting.
Simple Accommodation – Category 2
This category covers some of our more simple options like rural Quintas or glamping in the Alentejo region. There is still a minimal level of comfort and amenities but this category is alll about the experience and location. Here you will get close to nature, meet the locals and experience a different perspective of Portugal.
