Paid Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for innovation and delivering outstanding results to join our dynamic Brighton-based team. This is a part-time (2 days per week) role. We’re a hybrid-work company but believe in the benefit of working in the midst of it all to get a real feel for the company culture, so you’ll be happy to join us in real life one day a week.
About you
You’re an enthusiastic and experienced paid media marketing professional with at least 2 years of experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting. You have a strong track record in PPC and paid marketing and are passionate about delivering results.
Not only are you strategic and confident working with data to inform decision-making and strategy but you’re also able to craft creative and engaging copy that stands out in a competitive market. You’ll use this blend of analytical, creative, and numerical skills to develop and execute effective campaigns.
You’ll be organised and able to demonstrate your ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. You are positive, with exceptional communication skills that you use to collaborate with our cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities
– Strategic campaign development: Plan and execute paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
– Campaign management: Create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across search, display, and social platforms.
– Performance analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign data, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats from competitors.
– Data-driven insights: Use analytics to inform strategies and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
– Ad copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that drives engagement in a competitive market.
– Budget management: Manage budgets and bids to maximize campaign performance while meeting business goals.
– Industry r&d: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in search and PPC marketing.
Skills required
– Proven success in delivering impactful paid search campaigns that achieve key performance metrics.
– Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Microsoft Ads.
– Extensive experience with Google Ads Suite, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, including setup, optimization, attribution, and reporting.
– Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
– Digital analytics: Proficient in tools like Power Bi, Google Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Google Tag Manager.
– Solid working knowledge of Excel/Sheets for campaign tracking and analysis.
Desired skills:
– Basic SEO knowledge to complement paid strategies.
– Experience working in the travel industry, or with travel brands preferred.
