Self-drive adventures

We think the best way to explore Namibia and Botswana is on a self-drive adventure. Take to the open road and experience the freedom of moving at your own pace, stopping en route to take in the stunning vistas or spot the diverse wildlife. Driving in Namibia and Botswana is relatively straight-forward and you will find the roads are generally well-maintained, though you can expect gravel and sandy routes are common in more remote areas.

Beaches in Namibia

Not your typical seaside experience, Namibia’s 1000 mile coastline is more about adventure and epic landscapes than lazing on a lounger but we still think it’s great to include during your trip. Spot seals and dolphins at Walvis Bay, scout out shipwrecks, surf in the rolling waves and marvel at the desert that comes right up to the ocean’s edge.
