The best time of the year to visit Morocco is during the Spring and Autumn months when the average temperatures range between 24 and 30 degrees, making it ideal weather for sightseeing, getting out into the Atlas Mountains and staying overnight in the desert.

The Moroccan summer is hot and average temperatures of 38 degrees can be expected inland. It is a bit cooler on the coast, which stick around 28 degrees. The coldest months in Morocco are December, January and February, when temperatures hover between 16 and 20 degrees. Rain, and snow in the mountains, can also be expected during winter.
