In Malaysia, we work closely with our local partner who’ll ensure that you have a friendly face to greet you on arrival and will look after you throughout your trip. Our local team will be on hand to assist you in the rare case that you’ll need to contact them while you’re away.

Who are they?
Our local partners are based right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, walking distance from the famous Petronas towers. They started operating in 2008, as a joint venture between two directors with extensive experience in the travel industry.
Today our local partners employ thirteen experienced members of staff who are all passionate about travel. They regularly inspect our hotels and tours ensuring our high standards are being adhered to.
Making good things happen together
Our local partners share our passion for responsible travel. They recycle all their paper and are constantly trying to reduce energy consumption in their office. On top of this, they mainly employ local Malaysians offering them higher than national wages and attractive benefits packages.
They also help to give back to the local communities, sending donations to the Orang Asli (an indigenous tribe). This helps pay for food and materials for the entire community.
