Bite-sized trip
Day 1 – Arrival in Candidasa
When you arrive in Candidasa, you’ll settle into your traditional Balinese bungalow with an infinity pool that seems to flow straight into the turquoise sea. Candidasa is a peaceful place with a small sliver of beach and several rickety piers stretching into the clear blue waters. You can amble through the nearby rice paddies or grab a snorkel to explore the underwater world.
Days 2-3 – Cooking class & departure
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up and taken to a nearby restaurant with a reputation for turning out tasty Balinese dishes. Under the guidance of an experienced master chef you’ll prepare your own lunch in an outdoor kitchen overlooking the sea. Afterwards, you can enjoy the fruits of your own labour before being transferred back to your hotel with a classic recipe book in hand – perfect for showing off your new culinary skills when you get home.
The following day you’ll move on to the next part of your adventure.
