  • Price:
From £ 325.- per adult (excluding flights)

Nusa Lembongan is an unspoilt island with exotic bays and white sandy beaches, just like the classic image most people imagine when thinking of Bali. You'll hop on a speedboat and sail to this island gem, southeast of Bali. The atmosphere here is peaceful and typically Balinese. You'll find small temples, friendly locals and wooden fisherman houses along the coast. While the children splash in the pool, you can relax with a book in your hand and a cold, refreshing drink. On the second day in paradise, you'll head on a tour of the island, a great way for the kids to experience life here with the locals. With its green interior and unspoilt bays, Nusa Lembongan offers more than just a beach, the perfect place to end your family adventure.
Indonesia Lembongan Island Beach With Boats

Day 1 – Arrive at Lembongan Island

This morning you’ll head to the port and board a ferry to Lembongan island. Once you’re all on board, you’ll sail to the lush island just 45 minutes away. On arrival, you’ll be met by a driver who will take you to your hotel, a quietly located authentic hotel with a large swimming pool, near Coconut Beach. The hotel is slightly higher up so to get to the beach you have to go down the stairs, but on a sunny day, the walk down gives you stunning vast views of Bali and the Agung mountain.

Day 2 – Island Tour

With the turquoise blue sea and white beaches, it’s very tempting to relax on the beach with your feet buried in the sand as the kids make sandcastles or head for a dip into the ocean. After breakfast, you’ll be picked up and taken to the village temple before setting foot on the tropical paradise, Dream Beach and Mushroom Bay. You’ll also make a stop at a seaweed nursery and an underground house built by one man, you’ll learn how it took him 15 years to carve out the house with one hammer and one chisel. The tour ends at a mangrove in the north of the island, hop in a small boat and sail through this beautiful, special ecosystem. You’ll be back in the hotel for lunch and spend the rest of the day relaxing and playing at the beach or in the swimming pool.

Day 3 – Free Time and Relaxing

Today is free for your family to do as they please, build sandcastles with the white powder sand, play ball games in the water or drop it on a lazy chair by the pool. If you can’t get enough of being active, then get on a wooden boat for a snorkelling excursion on the other side of the island to see the tropical fish that live in the ocean here, or rent a bike and take a cycle around the area. In the evening you can eat at the restaurant in the hotel, or take a wander to the local restaurants in the area for something more authentic. While the children are in bed, you can enjoy a drink together under the starry sky on your private terrace. Bliss.

Day 4 – Departure from Lembongan

After breakfast, it’s time to pack your bags again. Take the boat back to the mainland where a transfer will be waiting for you to take you to your next destination.
