Since Rickshaw Travel was born over 15 years ago, we’ve helped thousands of customers set off on their dream journeys to our favourite places across the globe. Happily for both them and for us, the vast majority of our travellers come back beaming about the service and experiences they’ve had. Many of them have returned to us for second, third or even tenth Rickshaw holidays!
In more recent years, we’ve been encouraging customers to leave feedback on their holiday via the independent review site Trustpilot. They can write whatever they like, good or bad, and give us a score out of five.
