We make good things happen when we travel. For us, it’s all about having experiences which benefit you and the destination you’re visiting. Experiences that give you a unique insight into the local culture while benefitting the local community from the extra income generated by tourism. You can also help preserve the natural environment. You’ll find Cuba has some beautiful landscapes. From the unspoiled tranquil beaches of Maria la Gorda to the lush vegetation of the Humboldt National Park. And we want to keep it that way.
Our trips
Explore the coffee fields of Las Terrazas, help the local community to continue its preservation of this unique biosphere. All while spending peaceful time in this idyllic natural habitat. Or, during our Cuba the Cuban Way trip, spend the night in a Trinidad casa particular – a private room in a local home. By staying here instead of in a hotel, you’ll put money directly into the pockets of the local people and catch a glimpse of how Cubans live day-to-day.
Our accommodation
Almost all hotels in Cuba are owned by the government, but we’re able to offer casa particulares in most locations throughout the country. These are family homes with one or two rooms, rented out to visitors. You’ll have your own private room, a key (so you can come and go as you please) and the family will cook your breakfast each morning. If you’re lucky, you might be able to get some Spanish language practice in with your hosts.

Our local partners in Cuba
We work with two local partners in Cuba who care just as much about making good things happen with travel as we do. We use local Cuban guides and drivers for all our excursions. Not only does this make for a more rewarding experience, but it helps to put money into the pockets of the local people. You’ll have the advantage of your guide’s local knowledge; you can even ask them where the best restaurants are, especially as it’s not always easy to find fantastic food in Cuba.
