Day 1 – Arrival in Manuel Antonio
As you drive towards the coast you’ll be greeted by palm-fringed beaches and sweeping vistas across the ocean. Manuel Antonio is famous for it’s National Park, sandy beaches and laid-back vibe. You’ll drive past a selection of restaurants in the hill-top town as you head towards your family-friendly hotel near the beach.
Your home for the next few days is a comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk to the ocean. It has everything you and your family will need, big bedrooms, a refreshing pool for afternoon dips and an onsite restaurant serving up a range of tasty dishes.
Day 2 – Visit to the National Park & free time
This morning you’ll learn about Costa Rica’s wildlife with a visit to the Manuel Antonio National Park. You’ll take a guided tour to learn about the flora and fauna, and spot even the smallest and well-camouflaged inhabitants of the rainforest. The rest of the day is free to spend as you wish, so head to the beach or spot more wildlife in the National Park.
Day 3 – Departure
Today your stay in Manuel Antonio comes to an end and you’ll head on to your next destination on your family adventure. If this is your last stop then you’ll head back to San Jose for your flight home, the drive is around 3 hours. If you would prefer to stay near the airport for your last night, just let your travel specialist know.
