As well as colourful coral reefs, it’s also a popular place to practice yoga and explore the surrounding scenic rice fields.

Discover a breezy highland world of misty mountains, forest waterfalls and serene temple lakes in Munduk, a hilltop retreat with heaps of local character. Spend two nights wandering through the hills and valleys surrounding the village of Munduk, with staggering views at every step.

Pull up a seat at a rickety seafood warung for a blazing Balinese sunset on Jimbaran. With a sweep of sand stretching for 4km, Jimbaran is a bit of a stunner. It’s the perfect place to end a Bali trip.

Relax on hidden bays between rocky cliffs with crashing surf and tropical sunshine a-plenty. You’ll spend 2 nights on the Bukit Peninsula, staying in a classic beach bungalow with far-reaching sea views. Just a short walk to the famous Balangan Beach, where you can dig your toes in the sand and watch the surfers on the horizon in preparation for your own surfing adventure.

During this trip, you’ll spend two nights in Sidemen, staying in a charming villa on the valley floor. From here, you can follow small paths to volcanic rivers, watch workers grafting in the fields and be dazzled by a world of green.
